Pete Rock and CL Smooth – Basement

Pete Rock and CL Smooth released three incredible records between 1991 and 1994. They get their sound from sampling old jazz and soul recordings to make their tracks. I highly suggest checking out all of their albums. They also just got back together and are going to be putting out an album later this year.
