This is my first electro house post and definitely not the last. If you didn’t know, Feed Me is one of the newer artists on Deadmau5’s mau5trap label and had quite the success with his last album Feed Me’s Big Adventure EP.
Feed Me’s To The Stars EP was just released today with 4 total tracks – 2 electro house and 2 dubstep. “To The Stars” is my favorite and will definitely be a big one for electro house fans. Look out for more tracks from Feed Me in the future, he will definitely not stop making great productions.

The man behind the mau5 head and mau5trap record label, Deadmau5, has been one of the most demanded DJs worldwide for the last two years. Lots of people have gotten into electronic dance music because of him and his ability to reach mainstream fans. I discovered him about three years ago when he wasn’t nearly as big as he is now and loved his old productions. In my opinion, his recent productions aren’t as good as the old ones are, but I still continue to check him out whenever I can.
This track by Hybrid, “Finished Symphony” was remixed by Deamau5 back in 2007 and is nothing but great progressive house. To this day, this stands as one of my favorite deadmau5 tracks and hopefully you new deamau5 fans can enjoy his old stuff too. Hopefully I will get a chance to see deadmau5 play at Red Rocks this August and see some of his new stuff he’s been working on. Be on the lookout for more posts on him!

Skrillex is definitely the biggest name in the electronic dance music (EDM) world right now and has been putting out tons of tracks over the past two years with tons of support. Early this month, a new track of his got leaked and has been blowing up across the interent and social media websites. It’s a more “chill” track then most of his, which I enjoy, and is a great production from what I can tell so far. Enjoy this new preview and look out for the full track release in the future!
Skrillex – Pop Dance (Challenger) [Preview]
Matissee & Sadko came out of no where on the house music scene and started to make amazing tracks, noticed by big name DJs. Their track “Hi Scandanavia!” gained them recognition and it all went uphill from there. Their recent remix of M-3ox’s “Beating of My Heart” is a huge house anthem and has been played by many DJs at shows and festivals recently. It will be heard plenty times in the upcoming festival season this summer. Enjoy!

The young trance legend Arty made his Essential Mix debut last month on BBC Radio 1, putting out one of the best mixes I’ve heard this year. This young Russian has support from the biggest name in the trance/house industry and will continue to blow up this year as he did last year. Today I have an amazing remix of M83’s popular “Midnight City” by the Swedish legend Eric Prydz. Most people know him by his old club hits “Call On Me” and “Pjanno”, or for being an old member of Swedish House Mafia, and even for his new track “2Night”, which I featured here a while ago mashed up with Oceanlab’s “Breaking Ties”. This remix was done perfectly in my opinion, keeping the original M83 sound to it, while putting a fun dance beat over it. This tune has a very happy feel to it and will definitely get people out of their chairs to start dancing. Enjoy and grab the free download!

Mord Fustang has been a huge impact on the EDM world in the past 6 months, creating a new style of electro house that many have loved and tried to recreate themselves. He is one of those artists where you know right away if he wrote the song or not depending on the way the synths sound.
Today I have a remix done by Miles Dyson, who is actually the owner of Plasmapool records, the record label Mord Fustang is signed to. His remix puts a little different tough on “Lick the Rainbow”, putting a breakbeat style into it making it a little less glitchy and more dancy. Turn up the speakers and bass on this one! Enjoy!
